The Three Horizon approach

Fresh off the "open-source" press - Three Horizon approach ! A beautiful consolidation of practice helping to democratise and spread the Futures.

The chapter titled "Cultivating Embodied Transformation Through Three Horizons", gave me space to explore what I’ve been sensing into my practice over the past few years: the emotional, energetic and somatic dimensions of Futures.

This remains a living inquiry for me. With the urgency of what’s unfolding in the world, making space for this deeper work feels difficult. Yet I deeply believe that engaging our whole selves deepens our capacity for transformation.
